SRC: Personal Training Program


 

Exercise Consultations/Health Screening:


An initial consultation/health screening is required before scheduling any personal training sessions. Fitness assessments & measurements will be taken prior to implementation of any new fitness program. They include :


+ Height/Weight
+ Blood Pressure & Resting Heart Rate

+ Body fat % via bioelectrical impedance & skin fold testing
+ Low Back Flexibility


Participants will be required to fill out a Health History questionnaire as well as an Informed Consent form.



 

Personal Training Sessions:

Receive ongoing assistance in designing and implementing an optimal exercise program specific to your fitness goals including:
  • Fat Loss
  • Increased Aerobic Capacity
  • Increased Muscular Strength or Endurance
  • Increased Muscularity & Definition
  • Injury Prevention



 

You can expect:
  • Exercise prescription based on your needs and goals
  • Basic nutrition advice
  • Free follow-up testing & program modification every 4 weeks
  • Certified personal trainers
  • Ongoing testing and assistance from PT Program Manager -
      Andy Scholl, M.Ed. with certifications from the
    • National Strength & Conditioning Association (CSCS)
    • American College of Sports Medicine (HFI)


Program Guidelines:
  • All clients must be current Recreation Center members.
  • All clients will be required to complete a health screening prior to exercise.
  • Only authorized personal training staff may conduct training sessions in the Student Recreation Center.
  • Unused sessions expire after (4) months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be purchased in advance and are non-transferable.

 



Consultation/Heath Screening                        $10
(Free with purchase of a PT package)

Training Fees
1-4    One Hour Personal Training Sessions        $35 each
5       One Hour Personal Training Sessions        $30 each
10     One Hour Personal Training Sessions        $25 each


Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Participants will be charged for n0-call no-show sessions.
