Make A Splash!

The SRC has a 237,000-gallon pool and 20-person spa available for your aquatic adventures. The pool contains a lap swim area, recreational swim area and a vortex/current channel. It is available for lap swimming, recreational swimming, programming and rentals. A large deck with furniture is also available for those that would like to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 

Can you swim the distance? Swim your way through our Spring quarter challenge. Each challenge completed qualifies you for an exclusive prize. Available to SRC Members only. Ask an aquatics team member for more information.

  • Beginner’s Challenge: SRC to the Big “C” - Swim the distance from the SRC to the big “C” hike and back, totaling 4 miles.
  • Intermediate Challenge: Half Marathon - Swim the distance of a half marathon totaling 13.1 miles
  • Advanced Challenge: Full Marathon - Swim the distance of a full marathon totaling 26.2 miles.

Join us for open stand up paddleboarding (SUP) time in the SRC South Pool. Limited paddleboards will be available for use in the pool. An instructor will also be available to help participants learn the basics.

Log Rolling is a low impact fitness activity with high rewards. Stepping back and forth on a spinning Log improves balance, footwork, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Aquatics staff will be on hand to teach participants the basics of Log Rolling and help get you started.

Private lessons provide participants with the opportunity to learn at his/her own pace and can be adapted for all abilities. Set the time to meet your schedule and our instructor will work to meet your swimming goals. SRC Aquatics staff will contact you to arrange your private lessons, after you’ve registered at the SRC front counter. Private lessons are 30 minute one-on-one sessions scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Participants may add a second person to create a semi-private lesson. Available to SRC Members only.

Adult Lap Swim & Stay Fit Class

APRIL 9 - JUNE 15
Our goals our comfort with each stroke as well as improved endurance. Participants may attend as many or few classes as they prefer. Free to SRC Members!

American Red Cross Lifeguarding

APRIL 14, 15 and 21
Through videos, group discussion, and hands-on practice, you'll learn teamwork, rescue and surveillance skills, First Aid and CPR/AED and other skills you need to work as a professional lifeguard. $75 for SRC Members!
Registration opens April 9.

Aqua Bootcamp

APRL 18 - JUNE 6
Aqua Bootcamp blends cardio conditioning, strength/balance exercises and core training in a bootcamp style format. This high intensity workout combines in and out of water exercises. Free to SRC Members!

Beginner Swim

Adult Beginner Swim Lessons

MAY 1 - 24
These lessons are for adults with little or no comfort in the water. Participants will learn how to hold their breath, float, get an introduction to the basic strokes and learn basic water safety skills.
Registration opens April 2.

Intermediate Swim

Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons

MAY 1 - 24
These lessons are for adults that have completed Adult Beginner or have equivalent skills. Participants will continue stroke development in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke and improve their water fitness and stamina.
Registration opens April 2.

Beginner Swim

Weekend Children's Swim Lessons

MAY 5 - JUNE 9 (No class May 26)
30 minutes, once a week for five weeks, your child will receive swim lessons. Available to all.
Registration opens April 9.

Intermediate Swim

R'Family Swim Program

MAY 6 - JUNE 10
Up to 2 adults and 3 children maximum may enjoy recreational swimming in the SRC pool. This opportunity is every Sunday, and its open to all eligible members (SRC membership not required).
Must register in person at the SRC front counter. Registration opens April 9.
