Three Ways to Register for an Outdoor Excursions Trip

1. Online/Over the Phone
   

   First, complete the online registration form.  Within an hour or two of completing the online registration form, you will need to call our office and pay over the phone with a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. Finally, within a few days please make sure to complete and deliver the Confidential Health Form and Waiver to our office and reserve any equipment you may need for your trip.

2. In Person
   

   To register in person, come into our office near Lot 25 and Linden Street, across from the Student Recreation Center on the UC Riverside campus. While there, you will need to pay for the excursion with cash, check or credit card. Please make all checks out to UC Regents. Please allow enough time to complete the Registration Form, Confidential Health Form and Waiver.

3. By Mail
   

   To register by mail, you can pay with check or credit card. Please make all checks out to UC Regents. Fill out the Registration Form, Confidential Health Form and Waiver for each participant. Feel free to make copies of blank forms to accommodate multiple participants. Please send these to:

   After we have received your registration and payment, we will send you a receipt attached to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

If Outdoor Excursions cancels a trip, we will issue a full refund or credit. Reasons include low number of sign-ups, weather/road conditions or instructor illness. OE reserves the right to change or modify trips. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to the outing for any reason (including medical), you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. An alternative to losing your payment is for you to find a replacement participant. If you must cancel more than 14 days prior to the outing, you can receive a credit voucher for the full amount, which can be used toward a future trip/rental, or a refund less a 25% processing fee (minimum of $20). Credit vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date issued.

Switching trips constitutes a cancellation and is subject to the aforementioned policy.
