This workout combines stretching, relaxation, and meditation exercises to reinvigorate you and give you energy throughout the day. Stretch your way to better health and learn ways to relax and combat stress and lethargy experienced during the workday.
This total body workout utilizes the stairs to strengthen your body with cardio and strength intervals. All fitness levels are encouraged to join.

Relax your muscles and soothe your stress with a Mobile Fit chair massage. This is a first come first serve service for two groups, as we can only accommodate two groups per quarter. Contact the Mobile Fit group lead listed on the schedule to reserve your spot.
