Group Fitness Classes



Rumba, Zumba, Tabata – You Gotta!

From yoga and BOSU, to cycling and step – our fitness classes are the perfect way to get fit, make friends and shake it up.

  • UCR students and other SRC members don’t have to register for fitness classes. You can just drop in at your leisure.
  • Staff and faculty non-members can purchase a class pass at the SRC front counter. We accept cash, debit and Visa/MasterCard.
  • All classes require appropriate workout clothing and nonmarking shoes. Jeans are not allowed.

110 Bootcamp

Reach your goals in this four week calorie burning bootcamp led by SRC Personal Trainers. Workouts are challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. 45 minute group sessions are held three days per week.

Group Fitness Classes begin June 25 - September 1

  • No classes on Wednesday, July 4 (Due to holiday).
  • Yoga moved to MPR D on Saturday, July 21 (Event).

FitWell classes are included in your SRC membership!
