Group Fitness Classes



Rumba, Zumba, Tabata – You Gotta!

From yoga and BOSU, to cycling and step – our fitness classes are the perfect way to get fit, make friends and shake it up.

  • UCR students and other SRC members don’t have to register for fitness classes. You can just drop in at your leisure.
  • Staff and faculty non-members can purchase a class pass at the SRC front counter. We accept cash, debit and Visa/MasterCard.
  • All classes require appropriate workout clothing and nonmarking shoes. Jeans are not allowed.

110 Bootcamp

Reach your goals in this four week calorie burning bootcamp led by SRC Personal Trainers. Workouts are challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. 45 minute group sessions are held three days per week.

Group Fitness Classes begin April 2 - June 15

  • No classes on Monday, May 28 (due to holiday).
  • Cycle Burn and Athletic Conditioning will be cancelled on Wednesday, April 11 (due to SoulBody barre Launch Party).
  • Yoga will be held in MPR D on Saturday, April 21, Iyengar Yoga (night) will be cancelled on Tuesday, April 24 (due to Self-Defense class).
  • Cycling (night), Pilates, and Kickbox Conditioning classes will be cancelled on Thursday, May 3 (due to Zumba de Mayo).
  • Kickbox Conditioning and Restorative Yoga are cancelled on friday, May 4 (due to SRC Staff Banquet).
  • SoulBody Barre will be held in MPR D on Sunday, May 6.
  • All classes after 11:00am in SRC North will be cancelled on Friday, June 1 (due to Commencement Ceremonies).
  • Condensed Schedule June 9 - 15: only classes after 4:00pm offered, except for 6:30am Yoga on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
