Group Fitness Classes

From yoga and BOSU, to cycling and Zumba - our fitness classes are the perfect way to get fit, make friends and shake it up. Group fitness classes are included in your SRC membership, UCR students and SRC members do not have to register for group fitness classes.

All classes require appropriate workout clothing and non-marking shoes (jeans are not allowed). For accommodations, contact tiffany.tallackson@ucr.edu.

Group Fitness Classes: UCR Students/SRC members are automatically enrolled and can simply drop into a class, registration is not required.
Note: Class room changes are subject to change. Please download the UCRSRC app or check the R'rec screens before planning your activity.

GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Fall Quarter 2019: September 30 - December 13

  • November 11, no classes.
  • November 28 - December 1, no classes.
  • December 7 - 13, Monday, Wednesday and Friday Yoga at 6:30am and classes after 4pm are only available.
Note: Non-UCR students who are eligible for an SRC membership (UCR Faculty/Staff/IEP Students), can purchase a group fitness class pass at the SRC front counter. Click here for pricing and class options. We accept cash, debit and Visa/MasterCard.
